Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, our offices will remain closed until at least Monday, April 20, 2020.
We will have staff available in case of medically necessary examinations and emergencies, between 9- 12 M-F in our Fremont Office only, the Fostoria Office is closed. This is by appointment only, please call ahead. If you have ordered glasses or contact lenses from either office, these will be available for pick-up in the Fremont Office, once again by appointment only.
We ask that all individuals who do not need to be inside the building, to remain in the car.
Outside of those business hours, if you have an emergency, please call our on-call phone and leave a message and someone will return your call. That number is: 419-405-3601.
