Coronavirus - important update - we are closed until 7th April 2020
UPDATE: In accordance with Governor Mike DeWine's directive, our Offices will be closed until Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
We will have staff available in case of medically necessary examinations and emergencies, between 9- 12 in our Fremont Office. This is appointment only. Please call ahead. The Fostoria Office will be closed.
We ask that all individuals who do not need to be inside the building, to remain in the car.
