In an attempt to keep our patients and staff healthy and safe during this outbreak. Our Offices will be closed until March 30, 2020.
We will have staff available in case of an emergency, between 9- 12 in our Fremont office. This is appointment only. Please call ahead. The Fostoria Office will be closed.
We ask that all individuals who do not need to be inside the building, to remain in the car.
